great in store service

picked this up in the store and there was great service all the way thru. The young lady at the service counter was very friendly, fast and accurate. The young man that brought the dishwasher to the front also took it to my truck and loaded for. He was a very pleasant young man.

Drivers came in. They were very courteous again. This is like my third or fourth delivery within a couple of weeks. Had a very positive experience with them all

Dishes come out spotless…

So, it does not seem to have as much room as my last dishwasher. There’s not a lot of space between the top and bottom racks, so items larger than a regular dinner plate could prevent the sprayer arm from turning leaving the dishes in the top rack dirty. Also, i’m not sure I see the benefit of this being a “smart” dishwasher when you always need to physically push the “smart“ button on the dishwasher to control it through the app. Having said that, the dishwasher does one thing perfectly… And...

What exactly comes with your dishwasher.

Was not informed by Lowe's employee that the dishwasher would not come with a plug or water line. After installation I checked for leaks and ran the unit on a normal wash during the drying cycle the door popped open on its own. Called Samsung customer service who after trying to troubleshoot the problem recommended a Samsung technician to check out the unit.

Delivered with a dent damage

The dishwasher works fine but I tried reporting the dent on the bottom front and I kept getting disconnected by the chat sessions. I was hoping to get a call back and not one person gave me a call despite both chat sessions took all my information

Read the specs carefully

I can't rate the dishwasher because I can't turn it on. Read the specs carefully! This doesn't come with a power cord! I've never heard of selling an electric appliance without a way to plug it in before. This is absurd, I'd be laughing if I wasn't so disappointed.

Really slow delivery

Paid to have it delivered and installed. After 5 days I heard nothing. I called. It wasn’t delivered and installed until 11 days after purchase.

A great buy

So far, I like the interior space and the quiet operation.
