Worse dishwasher ever
I had a Samsung dishwasher for four years. It never got my dishes clean. Within two years, the PBA board was not working correctly. Rather than replace that I bought a KitchenAid that actually cleans the dishes. I’m 69 retired and single and did about two loads of dishes a week. This dishwasher is a piece of crap. I will never ever buy a Samsung appliance again.

This dishwasher is good looking and easy to operate, but the racks have rusted almost completely through in under three years since having it. The racks cannot be replaced, and once we had a Samsung tech out to fix a separate issue, and upon mentioning the rust he suggested we just buy a new unit and that there was nothing that could be done to replace the racks. terrible product and customer service even worse
Product bought 8/25 and on its 2nd repair in 10/25. The door broke and needed to be replaced after installation. The 2nd repair I had to fight that the warranty didn't end 6/25, 2 months before I purchased it. Repair guy came to fix and still broken. Terrible customer service and terrible product.
