Great microwave!

This model wasn’t available at the time we purchased our appliance package so we settled for the model 1 step below and wasn’t happy with it…a few weeks later the model we wanted was in stock and Lowe’s actually gave us a refund for the original model with no issues. The microwave we actually wanted was at an even better sale price and was delivered the next day! This model we can actually bake cookies, pizza, etc and the air fry mode works great!

Endless cooking options!

It has so many options for cooking that I'm always having to look up videos how to use for certain foods. It pretty much cooks everything and anything to your liking. My only complaint would be the microwave option itself has recently began to periodically not heat up things at all or it will barely warm food after 10 minutes of running. Okay microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this microwave since 07/2023, it has a couple of things that could be improved but overall it's a good microwave. Difficult to understand all the features and settings. Fan switch is easy to hit accidentally turning on the vent fan. Air fry option is useless.

Overcomplicated and performance deficient.

I really wanted to like it, we have 3 other Samsung appliances 6-11 years old that have been great. The Microwave portion works as expected, no noticeable difference between this one and the 14 year old Kenmore it replaced other than more complicated controls. The convection oven part does work but very poorly. When set to 350 degrees the preheated notice sounded at 200 degrees. It took 18 minutes to heat up to 330 degrees and never got any hotter. Stylish Modern Microwave

Give me better instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit functions just fine but I wish I could find a better operations manual. There are so many hidden features that are not properly explained in the available literature.

No Power after 24 hours

Microwave was delivered and installed the next day. Worked fine for about a day only being used twice. Next day the display had no power and tried plugging it into another outlet to verify and still would not power on. So after two days the microwave would not work and Lowes customer service just directed me to have Samsung deal with it which will take at least two weeks to get any help. The purchase guidelines and return policies this company use are set in place to pretty much get one over...

I do not recommend

I immediately had buyers remorse. Very difficult to use. Cannot add to cooking times other than +30 seconds. Timer cannot be used while oven is in use. Features are difficult also.

Install was just a couple of days ago.

Produce functions well. Looks nice in the kitchen.
