Odd disabilities and terrible installers

I don't like giving reviews because someone always thinks they can follow up and fix it. It's just a hassle. An inset over-the-stove, wall unit with a door handle on the side, not on the front or the bottom. Don't install it next to a wall, you're fingers won't fit to open the door. To add insult to injury, it was installed incorrectly, twice. The first time, they crushed in the bottom. The housing for the light over the stove must be made of pie plate foil. The second time is wasn't level. ...

Cooks Accurately, But Confusing Instructions

I have tried using the Slim Fry and microwave functions. I have not tried Auto Cook or convection baking. Both of the functions I experienced worked well. The operation is very quiet compared to our previous microwave oven. The instructions for using the Slim Fey function are confusing. It does not allow you to use the traditional method of choosing a time and pressing Start. You must consult a list of food items to obtain a corresponding code, then input the code into the oven in a three-step...

This is my second unit the first one is working.

I got this microwave unit and was installed by a contractor. Started to use it today, it works when you heat a beverage for a minute or so but when we used the bake function after 10 minutes at 350 degrees the circuit fuse blew out so turned the microwave off and reset the tripped fuse at the panel and turned the microwave on for second time and it happened again. Any recommendations?

Horrible quality , don’t buy this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I bought it , did not warm properly, but I was told by the Samsung repairman ( that come to fix my Samsung fridge who quit on me after just 3 years . Also the fridge is rusting and Samsung rep said is a cosmetic issue and they don’t fix it ) . So , the microwave doesn’t warm anymore after just a year and a half .

It's 1700 w. I like controls and it reheats and cook good. I'm getting used to it just got it yesterday installed.

Installation requires a professional!

Love the smooth front and the convection oven feature. The door closes smoothly with no audible click. The smart feature works flawlessly. I wish Samsung provided simpler operation instructions. There's a huge learning curve is you come from an older microwave without a convection oven. We're still learning. Love the 3 speed fan. Microwave fan will work as a recirculation for ventless and vented. Connect to WIFI and it will send notifications to your cell phone (i.e. time to change filter).

I was surprised that my new microwave had a convection function too! It fit perfectly and paired nicely with my other Samsung appliances.

Horrible machine!

Can't select temperature nor cooking time in Convection mode! There is NO up and down "button." refered to for selecting temp and cooking time. We could not be sorrier for this purchase!
