Would Not RecommendJust stopped heating. After google search I figured it was the megaton. Tech said it would be roughly $300 to fix it. Not going to do that!!

I was so excited about having a super nice convection microwave. Then bam it all went down hill. None of the upper function buttons work. We tried everything, including Samsung customer service. Would Not RecommendI bought this about 3 1/2 - 4 years ago and the door latch is now broken. Local repair people tell me they either don't work on Samsung because it's so long and so hard to get repair parts, and I will have to replace the whole door, so getting a new microwave will be cheaper. I will get a new microwave and it definitely won't be Samsung, nor will any of the other appliances I'm looking at
