Great new microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced older Samsung whose magnetron failed 1 month after expiration of 5 yr ext wtty. New microwave cooks much faster and much hotter than the old one ever did so still getting used to it. Love the interactivity with SmartThings app.

Looks Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great but airfry could use some improvement. They name “Slim Fry” but I haven’t figured out how to actually get a good fry that’s similar to my air fryer that doesn’t take twice as long either. Also, you can’t automatically send a time to it due to safety features, not sure how much of the technology is useful yet exactly. But matched great with my set, looks great!

Buyer Beware!

Ordered online and installed it, only to find that it is not heating the food as it should. Called Lowe’s to let them know so we could return it for another microwave that would hopefully work, only to be told we would now have to contact Samsung. Well, Samsung is notorious for poor customer service, so here we are, waiting to get a response on when a technician can come look at the microwave and decide whether it can be fixed. So disappointed

I thought by buying a name brand I would be getting better quality. Bought this Microwave in September, 2025 and the first time that I tried to use the convectiion oven feature on December 8th, it ratteled and smoked. So disappointed in Samsung.

Buyer beware, product and policy both are terrible

The microwave function did not work. We were unable to return to Lowes because of the 48-hour policy and now we are several weeks into dealing with the manufacturer on getting it repaired. Brand new microwave should WORK!!! Unless you have a Lowes credit card, the return window is 48 hours. We didn't put it in until a week after we received it. We are now left to whatever the manufacturer decides, refund, repair or replace... I would like it just to be gone at this point!!! Wasted time and money...

Love my Samsung Appliances

I have the Microwave, Gas Range, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator connected to Smartthings app and love being able to control everything from my phone! There is a learning curve because of all the features, but I’m looking forward to learning everything!

At first impression I hoped that the multi features, microwave, convection oven, and air fry would fulfill some functional needs in our kitchen. For the most part the microwave is just that.
