Would Not RecommendDisappointed in this purchase. Have had this since August 2023 and I had to have service out in October for an issue. Now, it looks like another service call for additional issues that have cropped up. I did not expect this with a Samsung and most definitely not in less than a year of usage. Super disappointed and frustrated-my old washer, which was a different brand and less expensive worked so much better.

delivery company stole my other wash machine
Would Not RecommendI didn't pay for the removal service that was 50 extra. I had already ordered the replacement parts for the wash machine but they were backordered. since this is a rental and I have several rentals, I intended to have my old one which was 3 years old on hand for when another washer broke. the delivery driver was told to keep it there yet they loaded it up and stole my wash machine.
