I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the best washer I have had in a lot of years.

Broke right after warranty ended.

Broke just after warranty ended. Worked okay, operated quite loudly. Seemed cheaply made, which turned out to be the case. Stopped spinning two months after the one year warranty ended, then stopped responding to any input. . Bought this for my son - should have stuck with the GE I use - that has worked for 8 years with no repairs.

It’s got a deep drum for bigger loads of laundry.

It’s quiet compared to my old washer, but higher so it’s a little harder for me to reach the bottom .

This machine completely stopped working after 21 washes. I know exactly how many washes because it prompted a self clean after 20 loads. I did the self clean. The following day I washed one load without issue and later that night started up load two for the day. During the rinse cycle it started smelling as if was about to catch on fire.

BUYER BEWARE: machine quit 15 months after buying

I had this washing machine for 15 months and it worked alright. Was annoyed by features such as the child lock and the noise it makes after a wash cycle, but it was bearable. However, it has recently died after 15 months of owning the machine and does not work at all - of course it quits 3 months after my warranty expires. This is completely ridiculous! I will never buy another Samsung appliance again and I strongly encourage anyone to not buy this washing machine.

Bad product

2nd one we've had that's only lasted 2 years. So, no more Samsung products for this household.

Even Set on Extra High Rense Too much Water left

Even on Extra High This Washer does not Rinse Well Enough to be placed in Dryer. I am calling Denton Tx Store as I am writing this now for Another Dryer!!!

Would not recommend

I have had mine for about 3 years it was great until my washes become off balance ALL THE TIME and it takes hours to do 1 load. I know I am not over or under filling the tub. Sometimes I think it just fills and empties continuously. Junk I am so disappointed

Not the best

Started off well. After 2 years, clothes now are starting to come out torn.

Crap

Bought this washer in march this year and its already taking a crap! It leaks water out from underneath. Have not moved it and it hasn't been unbalanced but leaks so much water! Would not recommend at all! Now i have to already get a ne one just ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Died less than 2 years after purchase

Died in less than 2 years. I've had other washers from other brands that have lasted a lot longer. This was very upsetting. I've been told the washer clutch needs to be replaced. It'll cost me more than what the washer is worth.

The drum has a lot of room and the lid closes softly without slamming shut

Not good

From day one we had issues with this washer. And the tech guy never fixes this issue. We had it for three years. All the light will blink and our load will lock right before the water drains. Tech guy they have come out he YouTube’s the problem and has yet actually fix it. Has already replace several things and still does Thai.

10/10 would recommend!

Pleased!

Good washer for the money. It had nice features we didn't expect. Taller than we expected. Quiet. Longer/better spin dry, resulted in dryer clothes prior to drier.
