Really good looking and performing unit

Won’t heat after two years

We’ve owned this gas range for a little more than two years and it has started to not heat for days at a time. I try resetting the electronic controls, but that doesn’t always work. In 2020 a class action suit was being developed against Samsung ranges for this very problem. My NX60T8311SS/AA model was not on the proposed list, but the problem appears to have continued. Beware of Samsung ranges. This problem will likely cost me a new range that will be definitively be anything but Samsung.

Bad knobs/ crack and fall off.

I bought this stove in 2021 and the knobs are breaking off, this is just 2023. Should last longer than 24 months. They are plastic, the stem cracks and the knobs fall off. I am having an impossible experience trying to find replacement knobs made of durable material other than plastic. Buyer be ware

Perfect for families

I'm so glad to purchase the Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Slide-in Gas Range in Stainless Steel! It's a beautiful range that's easy to use and clean. I love the mobile app that lets me control the range from anywhere in my home. I can turn on the oven, adjust the temperature, and even start a preheat cycle all from my phone. GAS RANGE is not Working after 8 months of use.

In the back two burner is working as expected but the front both as defective and most of the time we use only the front. Event after four technicians visit it is still not resolved. Please do your due diligence before you purchase this unit.

Waiting to be told what's going on with install.

I wish I could provide a review but the range and a dishwasher have been sitting uninstalled in my living room for 2 weeks. I've had to call 5 times to get updated but still zero resolution or communication regarding this. If there was at least someone reaching out to me and explaining what's going on, that would help a lot.

Black matte finish peels

I'm not a cook so I can't speak to how well this range and oven cooks. I mainly purchased it because I loved the black stainless finish. I also bought the same matching finish in the Samsung refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Sadly, at some point in year two of ownership, the finish starting peeling at the bottom.
