I was so excited about my samsung stove only to be disappointed. Its so hard to clean. My stove is only a year and all of my knobs are broken.

No top burner in oven, whenever oven is in use it turns on a blower that blows out the top vent on the stove and decrease the strength of the burners on stove when cooking

The look of this range is great, however we do not feel it is a reliable product. We began using it in August 2021 and we had a major repair in December 2023. We also found that finding a repair person in our area was challenging. Samsung provided us a repair person who possibly did not exist as both us and Samsung were unable to reach them. Not only is it smart, it is connected to my smart things network, which allows me to control functions remotely, and synchronize the time, but it cooks really well! The oven has a Roast and a bake setting which really do make a difference. The top burners are very controllable and powerful. It looks good, is easy to clean and has plenty of space, the oven is huge!

Faulty burner Knobs
I bought this stove Feb 2022. Since then, TWO surface burner knobs have broken off. The inside of the knobs are a flimsy plastic and will break apart if you turn the knob in the wrong direction (with little to no force, just simply turning). For the price, I would expect better.
