Arrived w/out components. Even after confirming.
Same experience as all the other 1 or 2 star ratings. The product specs sheet lists the accessory cradle, extra battery and pet tool as included. Upon reading the reviews I took the extra step to confirm using the chat feature that they were indeed included. They confirmed YES they are included, yet the product arrived without. Now I am in the customer support loop trying to find someone to help resolve.

However the listing photos shows what is included which is the Vacuum, 1 battery, the Jet dual brush head, the crevice and combo tool, 3 dust bags and one clean station.

Total fail for accessory storage/organization
The only thing missing on this vacuum is a place to store the telescopic pole/pipe when using it as a hand-held vacuum. You have to set it down on the carpet, which is super annoying. When it comes to accessory organization, Dyson does it so much better!

Perfect Hand held Vacuum

Battery is removable also very nice feature although I don't need to change due to large capacity. Auto discharge feature makes sure that dirt bin is clean and keep this look like new.

Sleep and power; battery power not the greatest

The only reason it is 4 stars relates to battery power. At middle power, you only gave 24 minutes. I have a mid-suzed apartment with wood floors, so it is fine for me, but someone using high power for more carpets in a bigger space would not like the power issue.
