Hard to find parts

IT works okay - It is powerful, however the battery only lasts 8 minutes with super power. The biggest issue is to find parts for it. I need an extra battery - no where saying which battery model is compatible - Tryin to buy another brush - the dual brush, there is nowhere in samsung site or anywhere else that we can find information about it. Very confusing with other models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Vacuum, Does a great job of vacuuming all surfaces, carpet, wood floors, tile..etc.. I like that I actually have a spot in my kitchen where It sits in the stand and it doesn't look like a "vacuum cleaner" in my kitchen. The charging stand / dock have a modern look and is unobtrusive.

Great Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it's been about a month now that I had this vacuum. I use it both on hard flooring and on carpet. It works really well and leaves the floor feeling clean. After vacuuming, I put it back on the base where the contents that was just vacuumed now goes into a bag. The charging base does this with just a push of a button. The vacuum bags does last a long time. I like this vacuum and the look of it.

Great Secondary Vacuum

Battery life is really short if you use the high setting. There is no secondary charger for a spare battery. Once you dump the battery, it takes roughly 2 hours to charge. Beware the warranty battle. Otherwise good.

Own two Bespoke and one Jet 90. All have the self emptying station. The new Bespoke bought in the summer of 2024 (white no bells and whistles) has been a nightmare. Constantly falls apart. You adjust the telescope rod... falls out of the unit. You vacuum... rod falls out of the unit. You hang it into the self cleaning station... you already know. Yeah, I thought I was doing something wrong. Nope. Issue is... the warranty. 2+ hours in chat and on calls. Waited 32+ minutes under what I was assure...

Love my Bespoke Jet!

Dust Reduction is amazing at my house.

Worth the investment

Sweeping was becoming to stressful so we made the plunge and bought this vacuum. It was one of the best investments, especially the self cleaning!! We also get tons of questions and admiration by friends/family that visit. We have it sitting right int the living room, looks great!

I love vacuuming again

Dang I don’t know if I was lucky or perhaps they fixed the website description/checkout feature but I received 1 (incredible) vacuum, 1 self cleaning station, 2 batteries and 3 replacement heads. It doesn’t come with a few other things (like the organizer), but I was only in it for the vacuum and batteries- especially for the sale price. This vacuum??? Is everything to me. Extremely unhappy

Extremely unhappy with this purchase. I wish I had read the previous reviews and made a decision. I wish Samsung help me with the refund credit.

Not worth it

The vacuum itself works great. The battery only lasted 25 minutes on medium. So far from 60 minutes. There is no wall charger so you're not able to charge one while using one and no attachment holder so all your attachments are loose. I'm truly disappointed with this whole set up.

Missing key parts that were promised in writing.

I confirmed, in writing, with the Samsung sales associate, that this vacuum includes two batteries, the Mini Motorized Tool, and the Charging Accessory Cradle (as was described on the website). I had them send me the transcript of the chat, so I have a written record. Yet it has none of these.
