Great for a year- then stops picking items up

Vacuum worked great for a year. Now it doesn’t pick up any hair from carpeting. Just moves it around. Absolute waste of money. I knew I should have bought a Dyson and will be doing so now. Painfully expensive lesson.

Wish I had done more research on vacuum features.

This vacuum has great syction but is missing some features that i would have liked. It doesn't have a light, isn't self-propelled, cant stand upright on its own when not in its stand, and requires disposable bags. I wish i had done more research before purchasing this product.

Overpriced Paperweight

Purchased a brand new vacuum once received battery was missing. Samsung refuses to send a battery after 5 calls, emails with pictures, receipts, and shipping information to not get support. Samsung claims brand new unit was a used floor model and requires me to purchase a battery to even use the vacuum. Overpriced garbage. Last samsung product I will ever buy.

Disappointed

I LOVED this vacuum for the entire year I owned it but the brush tool has stopped working and there are no replacement ones available to purchase. Such an expensive vacuum to no longer have any use for after only a year of use. This is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing this vacuum if you are looking for a long term vacuum.

Do not buy

Main brush stop working after 12 months. Design flaw, plastic between belt melted and brush got struck. Waste of money.

Only good for hard floors; hard to push on carpets

I just got this Bespoke Jet vacuum and have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. The best feature is the cleaning feature that sucks the dirt into a bag -- it seems to work very well, and maybe that is worth the price. However, I was hoping I'd be able to get rid of my heavy, top of the line Miele canister vacuum, but, no, I'm going to have to keep it for vacuuming the rugs and carpets. The Bespoke Jet doesn't have a motorized head, meaning you have to push hard to to go over carpets. For plush...

NO REPLACEMENT BRUSH PARTS

I enjoyed this vacuum for a year before the connector between the jet dual brush and the stick just snapped out of nowhere. I checked their website and called their parts manufacturer and they informed me that the manufacturer no longer makes the brushes for this model! There are no alternatives to this and now I have an extremely expensive and useless vacuum.

I have had this vacuum for a couple of years and it’s been the best vacuum that I have bought. Much better than the 2 Dyson I have owned.

Works great

Works but Breaks Easily (ineffective replacements)

The vacuum worked fine until I accidentally broke the jet brush attachment. Samsung does not sell replacement jet brush attachments like the one that come with this vacuum. They sell a soft brush jet brush that does not work on carpet and does not pick up hair, it pushes piles of hair around instead of vacuuming it up. If you bump the vacuum on a piece of furniture the jet brush could easily snap open at the bend and you will be left with ineffective replacement options. Samsung needs to sell re...

Lover of clean floors

I've had this vacuum in the dark green color 😍 for over a year. I've absolutely loved how well it works, until my daughter dropped it down the stairs. I'm looking at getting some replacement parts or a whole new Samsung because I love it. Way better than the big D brand everywhere. So easy to use, picks up tons of dust, dirt and the attachments actuallyget used.

I bought this vacuum assuming it would have lights to better detect dirt, unfortunately it doesn’t. The suction is decent and it looks nice. The plastic seems cheap and there is no place to store extra attachments on the stand. I switched to the shark that has the same suction if not better, has an awesome light to show all the dirt you wouldn’t normally see without a light, the quality seems better for a cheaper price.
