lasted 2.5 years, then motor broke
Would Not RecommendThe dryer worked for 2 ½ years and then stopped. We were told that the motor had broken and the cost to fix was around $800, including the diagnostic trip. We are a household of two. 6-7 loads per week. When we purchased this dryer, we also purchased the "universal" pedestal. So, thinking that we wouldn't have to replace the pedestal, we looked at replacing it with another Samsung. Nope, can't use the same pedestal...installers won't use it, just like they won't use the existing clamps, ...
