Front Lettering Peels off after a few months!
Would Not RecommendVery disappointed that a $1000 washer has serious cosmetic issues after only a few months. The front letters on the panel have almost completely peeled off after a few months of use. I can no longer tell which cycle I am choosing to wash my clothes on. Lowes nor Samsung will cover this because they say it is cosmetic and not covered under warranty. I have never wiped the letter with any product. POOR WASH
Would Not RecommendMy son purchased both washer and dryer for my birthday. The problem is with the washer, the clothes still have stains left , causing me to wash twice, whites are all gray and I use bleach, my cloths come out smelling.. The machine is NOT rinsing out the dirty water,. so I have to double rinse too. Worst machines ever. Will never buy Samsung again. Also my electric bills have gone up alot.

The machine wouldn't work correctly & started moving all over the laundry room. We spent a whole day trying to level the machine, still didnt work. Would Not RecommendThe graphics on this front loader washing machine do not hold up. They wiped off while I was trying to clean up a detergent mess and cannot be replaced without replacing the whole front of the machine. The machine works well otherwise for us, but I would not recommend it because of the very poor durability of the lettering.

Really nice
Would RecommendI came from having top loaders so these are really nice. I do wish it had a towel option but its ok it has a bedding option. It does have a weird sound when it starts to spray water like there is air in the system but it has always done so im sure its normal. So far nothing broke and nothing bad to say about it.

Would RecommendI love my new samsung washer. We had researched brands and Samsung came out on top. I have not been disappointed, it is a great washer, quiet, has lots of features. We were so pleased with the washer, that we went and brought the matching dryer too ! I would definitely recommend.
