So slow

Why does this washer take 2 hours to do a load of laundry? Every other washer I’ve used takes no longer than 30-40 minutes, it’s actually ridiculous

AWFUL WASHER SMELL ON CLOTHES

THIS WASHER LEAVES AN AWFUL SMELL ON ALL OF THE CLOTHES. I HAVE CONSTANTLY CLEANED IT, PUT BAKING SODA IN AFTER EVERY USE, TRY WASHING WITH VINEGAR. I AM SADDENED TO THINK THIS BEAUTIFUL SET WOULD DO THIS, AND TO THINK WHAT I PAID FOR IT MAKES ME SICK. REMOVING YOUR CLOTHES FROM THIS WASHER SMELL WORSE THAN THEY DID BEFORE YOU WASH THEM. Awesome washer for the price (on clearance)

We had a Maytag front load washer that died after 10 years of moderate use and two expensive repairs. We decided to try a new brand and this Samsung was at the perfect price ($500). This washer is so much better than our old Maytag! There are many pros compared to our old front loader: Quiet - this thing is almost silent during wash and extremely quiet during the spin cycle. Shakes whole house!!!

Yes if your looking for a washer that violently shakes your home this is the unit for you. Even after the set was installed by Lowes techs and a follow up service call to make sure it was not internally broke and installed level it still rocks the house, so bad that cracks in the drywall have now appeared and some wood trim is falling off upper cabinets. My set is only about a month old and past return date, I wish I still had my old set. This Samsung unit is horrible don't buy it.

Great Front-Loading Washer

The spouse wanted a new washer so we selected this product. I was dubious, but was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The only minor downside is that it tends to vibrate a bit on the spin cycle, otherwise we are very happy with it's performance and it looks great.

True Blue Washer

Because of the value with the Lowe's in Owatonna, MN was offering at the time, it was the best deal. The Blue Samsung works great. No complaints about this machine, or the customer care. The Owatonna Lowe's gets a 5 star rating for customer care, and an excellent price. Thanks Lowe's.

Does everything I wanted and more with extra settings and ease of adding detergent, softener, and bleach. Get this before it's gone!!

Quick, quiet, and efficient.

We were looking for a washer & dryer combo for our new house. 3 Series 3.6-cu ft High-Efficiency Front-Load Wash

Purchased this washer in November on a Black Friday (before black Friday) sale. I am very pleased with the washer. It replaced a 12 year old Maytag top loader. The Maytag was stull functioning but had become noisy over time with wear of parts.

I purchased this washer and dryer set just about 6 months ago. Within a few weeks, I began to notice scratches on the paint through normal use. I bought this washer (and dryer) to replace a 15 year old set for my farmhouse. I could not be more pleased. Although it took a little time to learn all the options, bells and whistles that come with both products, I have found them perfect for my needs. They have large capacity.
