It's NOT a quick killer.... but it lasts a long time. It's good for maintaining.

It's safer and generally works!

Nothing ever actually kills the ants... they just move somewhere else. This product is no different. I'm able to use this product around pets and people without guilt and concern, so I'll continue to use this one! If it actually killed ants, I'd give it 5 stars.

Didn't work

I have heard all good stuff about this product, so I bought some and put some under my sink and other areas where we were having trouble with ants...it did NOT deter them whatsoever! I have also tried other products for insects and it also didn't work so I guess my next step will have to an exterminator :-(

Safer insect killer

Put it down within two hours around my new house there wasn’t any insects in site. I also put it inside do to house sentipeeds being everywhere in my basement within 2 days they disappeared

"Safe" Ant & insect Killer seems to work

It took some time for all the ant to disappear from the places we sprinkled this powder. I believe it either killed them or at minimum deterred them from going to these areas. I gave it 4 stars since it took so long plus the powder is visible and can be accidentally stepped in and carried to other places in the house. But at least it should be safe for people and pets no matter where it gets to.

dead ant, dead ant...

I used this product along the side of my house, I had to apply 3 times before it got rid of my problem but that is of no fault of the product. I live in Florida and it rains everyday during the summer so it just gets washed away. I had a big ant issue and for now they are gone. This product is very powdery so I would suggest taking the wind into consideration if using outdoors. I did not use this product inside my house so I am unable to speak on the effectiveness to indoor pest.

It sure seemed to work.

I used this around the outside area of my kitchen. It's a corner of the house that stays shaded and cooler (and wet). This normally leads to more creepy crawlers. This year has been pretty bad with ants and bugs. I have to say this worked cause the bugs are way down. I will continue to use it for sure. Does it kill every bug? I don't think anything would do that. But it surely does a good job!

Kill 'em dead

Just wish it was bigger. Seems to work effectively for the regular ants, but little harder to kill carpenter ants.

DE Earth Non Toxic

I buy this for Insect control . It is non toxic and can be used around animals. I used it specifically for ants and spiders and have for years. It takes about a day to see results and will need to be reapplied if it rains so don't apply when wet as it is a powder. Not worth the effort

I’m sorry to say that this product did not perform well at all. I followed the directions as noted on the package, but did not get any of the results written on the label. I’m just happy I didn’t have to spend my own money to find out it doesn’t work.

Easy to use

This was my first experience with this brand of insect killer. It's difficult to say if it works better or worse than other products that I have used as I use these products every 3 months as barrier protection. I have not had any issues since deploying it, so it's safe to say that it works well. The container was easy to use and easy to store.

Any killer

It works! I had some large mounds in my back yard. I put this on the mounds and the ants were gone almost immediately! Yes get some!

Powder vs Spray...

I live in the southeast part of Pennsylvania. When it rains a lot, and it has this season, the ants tend to find ways inside of homes! I normally spray with a liquid solution but as just stated, with a lot of rain I must respray heavily rain drenched areas around my house. So...powder vs spray. A decent deterrent

This stuff makes for a decent deterrent. I didn't use it indoors much due to it's a powder. I'm not worried that it might harm kids as much as I don't won't to have to clean it up when they decide to play in it. Same stuff is used in pool filters. It's best use for me was on my porch where I dusted the perimeter to deter as many bugs from coming on the porch. I used it in the yard to coax some ant colonies to move. I recently acquired Safer brand diatomaceous earth and crawling insect killer. The information on this product on the bottle identifies it as having the ability to kill cockroaches ants, fleas, Silverfish, earwigs, bedbugs. Tough to Use Outdoors

I got this item to use outdoors for ants. Unfortunately, it has rained a lot here in the Southeast. Thus, I really haven't been able to determine how good or bad this product is. The rain simply washes it away. For that reason, I would recommend buying granules for an outdoor insect repellent.

Ants and other bugs gone in 48 hours!

Wow! Impressed with this product. It works and its environmentally friendly. Not just the ants gone, the earwigs too! The vast majority of this product is made of earth! Amazing product.

D E insect killer

When I first got this I thought how in the world does this work. I waited around a few days and sure enough I had ants on my front porch. I spread the powder on their trail and sure enough in a couple of days they were gone. I have used it two more times and it worked just fine.

Works well

This product gives works really well. Insects avoid area where this is layed. Good for areas like garage and places where water cant wash away product. Since im in Florida it rains all the time. So im using it quite often. I will purchase again.
