Holes!

Yay it carries liquid from on end to the other!!
It does great however with the stuff in the kit one would think it would have an extension in the bag to join 2 pieces together. Not what you want to find out when you’re trying to keep a building from flooding worse than it is in the middle of a storm…… luckily there is duct tape to the rescue!!!

As far as discharging water where you want it, while keeping everything dry this product is terrible. Save your money, time and sanity. Find something else.
