Extremely Good Carpet

A 12'x12' roll of carpet was delivered via semi in perfect condition. The carpet is very thick and plush, so thick that I decided carpet pad wasn't necessary. I installed it in the living room, and started with one corner to align the carpet. I had to move furniture and unroll the carpet as I went along. I especially like the pattern on how it looks against the wall. I have pets and this type of carpet will be helpful. Everyone who's seen it likes how it looks and feels.

The carpet is very nice and thick. Very easy to install and trim to fit the desired space. I need a new carpet in my living room. The old carpet I had was Berber so this is a huge upgradeThe carpet does feel a little stiff but I'm pretty sure over time it will get softer.

I really like the quality of the carpet that was installed. However, the installation took 5 hours longer than I was told, I was putting beds back together at 11 pm. Also, there is not a wall, a door or a floor molding that wasn’t scratched, dinged, dented, or broken. That was the most disappointing….

Don’t order carpet through Lowe

Lowe’s tried but they partner with ServicePro for the install and ServicePro is plain awful. I wanted someone to come check the install after the fact, and ServicePro would mot return my calls. Lowe’s finally got them to but I was told some story that an independent stair builder told me is garbage. Also the amount of carpet needed was over measured. The ServicePro installer told me to write down the overage amount (108) that they would take it back to Lowe’s and I’d get a refund since it was su...
