Would Not RecommendOrder was not delivered and install had to be rescheduled multiple times and each time it was still missing something (padding or correct sq ft of carpet). No one knew the orders weren’t correct until after the scheduled appointment for install. Meaning that we had furniture moved multiple times to only have the appointment cancelled again and again. We went with a different company.

Would Not RecommendThis process started out well with having someone come to measure the project. The next day I went to the store, selected in-stock carpet and paid for it. Installation was arranged for 4 days later. The installer showed up to pick up the carpet. It had been cut and rolled the wrong way. The machine was broken and the store said they could not re-roll it. Installer left. I called everyday trying to get this resolved including getting the carpet from another store.
