Would Not RecommendI purchased Stainmaster Carpet from Lowes. There were two problems: 1) There was a 15% rebate sign over the carpet samples which said the Stainmaster Carpets had a 15 % rebate. On the website there is a very detailed list of the carpets that the rebate applied to, which was not the carpet I purchased. The rebate sign was over the carpet sample and the sales person told me that the rebate applied to the carpet I was purchasing. Would RecommendWe had serval small problems which Lowes handled very well. Our first carpet selection was not available. They worked with us to find an alternative. Both the supplier and installer kept in touch with us during the process. The installation was crew. The crew was very polite. They left everything spotless.

Can’t rate product, still waiting on installation. Can’t believe you would ask for review before carpet installation. Reviews should be sent out after a period of time so they can accurately evaluate products after they are installed or used.
