Signed a contract with Lowe'sfor carpeting 9/18...still do not have the carpeting today (11/2) due to miscommunication, the carpeting being cut too short & a lack of caring by Lowe's even tho we have called many times to express our frustration.

Would RecommendI really like the quality of the carpet that was installed. However, the installation took 5 hours longer than I was told, I was putting beds back together at 11 pm. Also, there is not a wall, a door or a floor molding that wasn’t scratched, dinged, dented, or broken. That was the most disappointing….

Would Not RecommendLowe’s tried but they partner with ServicePro for the install and ServicePro is plain awful. I wanted someone to come check the install after the fact, and ServicePro would mot return my calls. Lowe’s finally got them to but I was told some story that an independent stair builder told me is garbage. Also the amount of carpet needed was over measured. The ServicePro installer told me to write down the overage amount (108) that they would take it back to Lowe’s and I’d get a refund since it was su...
