No waterproof, scratches easy
Would Not RecommendI have 4 areas of water damage in areas water gets on the floor but never sits. Do not listen to the lies. It's not appropriate to install smartcore laminate in the bathroom or kitchen and I advise against installing in high traffic areas like near front doors. Also, I have several scratches and chips simply from kid toys being dropped from a few feet high.
Thank you for your feedback, Cody. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. While COREtec flooring is designed to be waterproof and durable, certai... Read More
Product is 4 stars, Lowe’s delivery process is one
Would RecommendFlooring can be challenging to install. This is the second project I’ve used this flooring on and still had to redo some areas. Looks good when done right. Lowe’s delivery seems to just grab product including open box returns. I have taken back 3 boxes due to damage and have one more to take back. Doesn’t make sense to pay money, just to make two trips back. Lowe’s needs to figure this out.

BEWARE
Would Not RecommendTRASH flooring failed in high traffic areas within 3 years of installation. Company did not back their warranty. Their rep investigated and said my environment had too much humidity. How is that possible when my husband has a vapor barrier in the crawl, a dehumidifier, and a whole house humidistat to keep our humidity in good ranges???
