Would RecommendI love the Tipton Oak Smartcore flooring. I am a 77 year old woman and I installed my flooring in 2 rooms by myself. It is beautiful and my gr grandkids have already given it a beating and no scratches.

Lanier Hickory
Would RecommendI needed to repair the floor in my powder room after the toilet tank started leaking, so there was only a very small area that needed new flooring. I looked at loads of vinyl plank flooring, and ended up with the Lanier Hickory. I absolutely LOVE the finished floor. You'd never know it was vinyl. Now I wanted to do lots of other rooms in my house with Lanier Hickory. The 5" wide planks were especially good in the powder room since the room is so small.

Dark tones
The sample we got (which is quite large) is pretty dark - when you look at the visual, it appears it also could be lighter. We will probably go with a different one but I do like the texture.
