Won't fit my router!

When researching whether my Ryobi R163 would fit I could not find anything. So I bought it in hopes my Ryobi would fit the mounting plate considering Skil says it will fit most routers. Well it won't fit my Ryobi R163.

Nice Small Router Table

This is a nice small table if you do not have much space. Set up is easy, router hook up & adjustments are easy. There is a small amount of on board storage. Stable with the router attached and no shake when running the router. Slides across the deck easily, no binding or catching. I like it and haven't have an issue with it, I have used it about 15 times. Clean up is easy, I use my compressor to blow the dust and chips off.

Love the router itself.

The router itself is very nice. Seems to have a lot of power. I have had no complaints with the router. Unfortunately my problem was with the power switch on the router table, It failed. Contacted customer service spoke to some very nice people. Unfortunately they were not able to rectify this problem.

Sturdy feature packed router table

Great table for my Skil Router! Very sturdy, great storage bins and reasonably priced.

Remarkable Value

Exceptional table and router. Perfect size for my small shop. The router is much more powerful than I expected it to be.

Router/plunge and table

I have only used it a few times, but the routers soft start is a good feature. I like the table with the storage space on both sides. I also purchased plunge tool along with the router the change from plunge to router easy and quick. The digital display is a good feature.

This is the One

I am extremely happy with the purchase of the Skil Router table. Everything works exactly as expected, setup was simple. The side storage is great. I love the fact that I can adjust my router height from the top of the table. You still have to release the clamp from the bottom and remember to tighten it again after your adjustment, other than that it could not be simpler.

Appears to be worth the money spent

Very easy assembly . Appears sturdy. Like the tool storage on the sides Only reason for 4 star is haven't had time to use it yet

Router faceplate doesn’t align.

I tried the recommended Rigid and Bosch routers with this table. They depth alignment key doesn’t line up correctly on the tabletop. Decided to use the Bosch and make adjustments manually. Big disappointment!

Power house

I bought this router because I'm building a home I've used it for everything from the boys bunk beds to our kitchen cabinets I had a Craftsman but the skil it's so much better lighter and more powerful

Great Secondary Router Table

I used this for adding for adding a 1/16" round over on the parts for a dinning table and 6 chairs. The table is much more stable that just a trim router with an oversized base. The dust collection is a huge advantage. I ran more than 120 pieces with round overs on 2 or 4 edges in about 60 minutes. This would have taken a lot longer with more dust cleanup with just a trim router. This allowed to leave my main router table setup for flush trimming. The portability is great due to the ligh...
