Beware of the Warranty

A fine router until it breaks. Although still under warranty, they will not honor it as the seller (Tools-Plus-Outlet) was not an "approved" Skil seller. Would have been nice to know when I first purchased this Router/Table combination. Very unhappy.

Soft start feature is a knockout!

This is a great setup with the router and the table offered as a set. A great bargain and works very well. Do pay attention to the bits that you purchase for use, as they make all the difference. I love the soft start feature!

Great table, nice design for a good price

Great for the price. I us a skil router with the table therefore this allow the bit height adjustment from the top. Thus I can dial the bit in with out issues.

Love this setup I am working on outdoor furniture of which i riped and cut all the pieces. Rounding all cuts were made easy with this setup.

Great beginner table and router

Love the router table. Easy to build and am learning more every time I use it. Bought the all router first with the double base’s. Wish I knew if they had a set with both base’s and the table.

More attention to detail at Quality

Great table and router; however, a little more attention to detail to the fence and the removal of router bits when installed on table. After installing the router to the table, I noticed that I world have to remove the router when trying to add/remove router bits. The second split fence is off by about 1/8 of an inch, and not flat; the left part is slightly in more than the beginning. Adjust it with the adjusting knob and the minute you tighten it moves. Warped Fence

However, I quickly noticed the fence was slightly misaligned. I expected some adjustments, which is normal for new tools, but after tweaking it thoroughly, I discovered a significant issue: the cheap plastic fence was bowed in the middle. Amazed at how well it works

I have purchased Skil's portable table saw, miter saw with LED guide and now this router table and router combo. The Quality is excellent and I feel it's one of the best values on the market for the hobbyist

OK, BUT...

There are only a very limited number of routers that can take advantage of the depth adjustment from the top. I was forced to purchase a skil router to use the feature, and now have 3 routers. I'll be sure to check out the small print from now on.
