Taking back for a refund
Bought it new yesterday. Charged it today, used it for one screw and it stopped working. I checked the charge, I checked if it was locked, I checked it all. And all it does is click once when the forward or reverse switch is pressed. No matter what I do, it will not rotate. Taking it back for a refund - very disappointed.
