There were no issues with the delivery or the delivery driver. The item, purchased online as NEW, was clearly a returned item that had been opened previously (hard plastic casing cut with a blade the length of the package) and taped shut. Lowe’s should be ashamed of themselves for selling a USED item as NEW. How am I supposed to gift this for the holidays as it was opened and taped shut with offensive amounts of packaging tape? Terrible.

Does not hold a charge
Would Not RecommendIf I leave it a week without use, it is always out of battery and requires a recharge. Makes having it pointless if you have to charge it 2 hours before using it.

Would RecommendLove this screwdriver, great for putting together small items like furniture or working on electronics like computers. Easy to use buttons and a adjustable head. This replaced my old skil 4v screwdriver that was almost completely dead from over 15 years of use. Skil makes some fantastic tools.
