Waste of time and money

 Would Not Recommend

I made a mistake buying this. It didn't look damaged but it was warped so the corner bead isn't vertical when installed. Also the flange is undersized which makes it more difficult to embed in the mud.

Do not use horizontally

I finished our basement and used these paper/metal beads and I'm thoroughly disappointed. it recommends using adhesive on these so I bought some of the strongest I could find at Lowe's. I used these beads both vertically and horizontally. The verticals are holding up pretty well but all of my horizontal ones are getting ready to fall off. It actually only looked good for a few months then I began seeing it crack. Now I have several that are barely holding on and will be falling down here soon. I...

nice corners

 Would Recommend

I had never used this type of product. It was easy to use. My corners look good. There are some good videos online you can find on how to install. Check on the Lowes site too as they may have some instruction. I put a 2" line of compound on each side of the drywall corner, then pressed the corner into the compound. Firmly push the corner into the compound but not hard. You don't want to push out all the compound behind your corner bead/tape. Then you can finish the front side with more compound....
