Be wary of Lowe’s delivery.

We have only received one of two boxes and when we called customer service we were told someone would get back to us. As of yet we haven’t heard anything.

Accessories are not available so any shelving , hooks or holders don't exist. I called Rubbermaid, they confirmed, there is nothing available. They said it was a long discontinued product with no support eventhough it has a 10 year warranty. Rubbermaid thought I was calling about an older shed, they were surprised when I told them it was only 2 weeks old. There recommendation was to take it back and buy a newer model. I would of never purchased this shed since it didn't serve my purpose of stora...

Good product overall

The shed was delivered in December. The instructions were wet and frozen solid because they were not packed in a plastic bag. Once that was thawed the installation was straight forward. The components are very light weight compared to my previous Rubbermaid 7x7 shed. The screws can be over tightened very easily, so make sure to adjust your driver. Use a magnetic driver bit so not to drop and loose screws inside metal the reinforcements.

Definitely need 2 people to assemble.

Some of the instructions were not clear. We could not remove the protective film from the plexiglass windows.

Lousy customer service

Delivery was not very mindful.

Delivery service was not by Lowes. They dropped this big, heavy box on a pallet in front of my garage where I could not get out. Single middle aged woman with no help to move it. This was extremely upsetting as the package came when it was dark out. The product is fine if you have a cement leveled area to place and assemble. Without a leveled solid ground, the panels will NOT snap into place. Item will be returned. Way expensive for the quality & sturdiness or the product. Better off purchas...

Leaks Help!!

It looks great. My friend built it for me .I assisted. The roof should have had a separate piece where it meets. I get water inside every time it rains. Some of my things are getting water damage. To big to return. I need help to solve this issue Rubbermaid. I called # and have been left on hold.

Overall decent

For the money, this shed was pretty decent for the job. I will warn however to NOT take the pieces out of the box until you are ready to set it up. We took all the pieces out 1 week prior to inventory, and I believe some got warped due to being in the sun and leaning on a wall. This made setup challenging. We will have to be a bit creative on way's to shore it up (i.e ratchet straps over roof and spray foam to seal holes)

Great looking shed and seems durable

We bought this for our seasonal Camping spot. Love the size of it and great look. Blends in nice You DEFINITELY need a solid level base for it. I build a 2x4 Pressure treated base for it but wish I went 2x6. If it’s not completely flat the panels don’t line up well. But it still worked out for us. It’s a two person job minimum. My wife and I spent the day putting it together. But we do love the look. It’s not a high security shed just a good storage shed.

Rubbermaid 3x7 shed

Some people complained that it was difficult to put together. I disagree. If the ground had been perfectly level it would have gone fine. However, the side walls would pop out at times. The major issue I had was the locking door mech. . The cables and hooks took a long time to get somewhat right. The doors are very janky and hard to open. It takes a slam and push to get them shut.
