Horrible design

The roof is near impossible to slide open and the hinges break with very minimal force. I've broken three hinges already. I'm pretty handy, so I've tried to use piano hinges but they won't fit. I think I have to go to a machine shop to have some made. Others clearly agree with me. Don't buy it.

Leaking after 2 years

We were initially happy with the results and hardiness of the shed enduring the fluctuating MN weather, but two years after building the shed, we've experienced a leak. It seems the two separate roof pieces have morphed to create a gap and allow water in when it downpours, which negates the intent of the shed protecting expensive yard equipment. poor hinges

I purchased this shed and within 2 months of purchase both hinges snapped off the 3T16 6 hinge on the top left and also the one on the top right

Hinge Issue and hard to slide roof

Seems Im not the only one having issues and have not found a solution to broken hinges. What is permanent fix or how do procure replacements. Also roof is difficult to open. Hinges 3T16 & 3T17

Not So Good Shed

A nice concept on paper but in real life, it doesnt work very good. Due to the fact that half the roof is moveable, it has less structural rigidity and the front side walls flex and move too much. It must be laid on a perfectly flat surface or all the panels dont align correctly (no tolerance). Disappointed

I bought the shed less than a year ago, the first few months the shed operated well. Of note, I followed the assembly instructions and even leveled and tamped the soil prior to installation. I am OCD, so I likely went above and beyond recommended installation. Easy to assemble

However, the roof does not slide back easily. It gets hung up on the back part of roof preventing it from sliding back without lifting it from inside.

Door Hinge Fracture

I bought two sheds last year. All four door hinges on the top snapped. I redesigned the hinge pivot plate, increased the top wall thickness and printed them out of polycarbonate. See photos for broken hinge brackets and new brackets.

Storage shed has my five star

The shed meets all HOA requirements and ease of care makes it outstanding.

Roof problems from the start.

I bought this Rubbermaid shed in 2015 for the new house. I wanted to find the same Rubbermaid shed that I owned at my previous home, but I found out it was discontinued in 2012. That one worked good for many years, this one that I have now sucks. I hope to invent a workaround for the WEAK hinge

Clearly, RubberMaid knows the door hinges are a weakness: they send replacements for free. That's truly WONDERFUL. However, I don't want to keep replacing hinges... and the bad hinge eventually tears out the seam on the door "sleeve" (The hinge is a pin, the door top has a sleeve.) Will they send a replacement door for free? With my next replacement, 1) I hope to find a way to bond a strong/flate plate to the top of the hinge so it won't break so easily. Sliding Lid - Non-Functioning Design

I wish I had done more homework before I purchased the product. I wish I had my back, I’d be glad to give the container back. Spent too much to just throw it away, but it belongs in the garbage. The sliding lid sags in the center making it completely non-functional. It was never right from the start. I have to go to the center, pry up the slide part of the roof and push it back. I have to push and pull on the roof so much, there is no way its going to last. So frustrated and annoyed.
