Out door storage shed

The 2 back pieces will not stay locked in place. Indent/detent tabs are supposed to lock in place. They won't hold their position. I will have to get some light weight metal and other fasteners to hold these two pieces together. The floor should slide into position and be held in place by tabs on the bottom of the back pieces. The back piece tabs will not fully engage into the floor slots. I'm thinking I will have to get some angle slotted metal and other fasteners to fix this problem. If left a...

The horizontal storage shed is heavy duty, good appearance, and was easy enough to put together. Shipped and arrived in a reasonable amount of time

An old friend.

I can't remember how old our shed is. It has been standing in our backyard for years. We only open it twice a year, to remove the cushions for the summer deck furniture and to store them in the fall. Every spring we open the box and the cushions look as good as when we put them in. We hose them off and enjoy them for another season. One more thing we don't have to worry about.

Easy to assemble

After a bad Thunder storm I opened the storage unit the following morning to check inside and there no water inside.

Great shed

We have had our shed for 4 years. It looks almost new. It has lots of storage inside. Everything about is great so far!

Garbage

We have owned one of this for a decade. It is till in tiptop shape, it is outside 24/7 to hold our garbage. Very durable, as I live in the UP of Michigan..it gets cold here... I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Easy to assemble

My husband and I needed more storage for gardening tools after moving to a smaller home. We aren't very good at assembling items, but the step by step instructions allowed us to put this together in under 30 minutes. We are very happy to have this attractive shed for our tools. We would recommend this to our friends.

Surprisingly functional and solid

If you live in a subdivision that forbids storage sheds 6 feet and higher, this is a good compromise. It is made of eight injection molded panels that fit together and form a fairly sturdy structure. Easy assembly, great service.

First, Customer Service at Lowe's was great. I read the reviews that said it was very difficult to assemble this shed... it's not. I didn't read the directions... after all, I'm a man :-). I assembled each shed, I bought 2, in about 10 to 15 minutes each without help. I laid the back/sides down on the driveway and put a heavy block behind one of them to stop it from moving. A little pricey for the quality

Comes in pieces and does take two people to put together if you don't want to pull your hair out. The pieces slide and snap together but like most molded plastic, there are imperfections. I snapped the back pieces together at least 10 times and everytime I tried to slide the floor in the back pieces unsnapped. A basic shed.

Based on the reviews I was expecting the shed to be more than it is. It is easy to assemble and the rod to hold up the top is a nice feature. What I'm disappointed in is the fit. The top does not fit correctly over the sides and the sides bow out at the top.

good medium sized outside storage

We purchased a patio furniture set with all weather cushions that ended up being quite bulky and needed a place to store them. We tried more of a 'dock box' sized storage that just wasn't big enough. This is just about the biggest shed/box you can get without getting a walk in shed, which was just too big for us. Its typical high rubbermaid quality. Very good shed

Quite happy with the shed. I have another one just like this that I bought a few years ago and it has held up great. Assembly was easy. Only negative was that there was a fair amount of "flashing" from the molding process that had to be trimmed off before I put it together.

Good quality and sturdy

This is a good quality molded resin box. I am using just for trash cans and trash bags. We have one at work for the same purpose and it has lasted at least 5 years.

Outdoor unit

This is the second container I have owned The first one lasted approx 10 yr This one I was not pleased with how it assembled together Although very easy to assemble felt that with any kind of strong storms would taer this unit apart. Previous units used pins to hold this together where as this unit just snapped together and only had 6 pcs. Very flemzy in my opinion

A great shed for the money!

I love my new shed! It was extremely easy to put together - the parts just snap into place, only a hammer was needed. It is large enough to fit my small electric lawmower and my weed wacker, but small enough to be unobtrusive. Thank you for a great product!

Best outdoor storage

I purchased one of these a couple of years ago and to my amazement, it was still available. Only difference is a slight change in color. I bought two more. It is great for outdoor storage and in the short run, a lot cheaper than a commercial storage unit. My older one still looks new.

Battery shed

I use this Rubber Maid shed to hold six, 6 volt golf cart batteries and two 12 volt battaries. The batteries are used in conjuction with my solar panels. I use the 6 volrt batteries for the 40 foot trailer park model and the 12 volt ones for the TV. I had trouble with the battaries freezing up since this is our summer get away place that is off grid and we are not there all the time. Great Purchase

Purchased this shed to store (2) 30 gal trash cans and some miscellaneous small items. Very nice unit. The shed was very easy to assemble but I did need help of one person to assemble the two back pieces together and to slide the back onto the base. This unit replaces a home made wooden shed which rotted out. My only gripe is I ordered it online and had it delivered to my closest store which took 1 month for delivery. Nicely designed container

We use this to keep our trash cans. Two wheeled 32-34 gallon trash cans fit with some room to spare both at the side (enough for a large lawn & garden trash bag) and in back. The box loudly proclaims, "less than 25 minutes to assemble," and "no tools required." Yes on the first--it took me about 20 minutes, and I'm no expert handyman.
