I would recommend this to anyone!!!!

The rubber-maid 7x7 shed is very easy to put together. Easy to follow instructions and you don't need alot of tools for this job. Although it will not take 1.5 hours but half a day is all it should take. This shed looks very durable and water proof which is what matters to me the most. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great Garden Shed

This shed fits perfect for the space I had in my yard and is very durable and fullfills my needs.

Great little shed

The main thing I would tell anyone on this shed it to make sure you prepare where you are setting it up. If you don't level the ground, blocks, pad, etc... You will have some trouble. If it is level, it will work great. Put most of it up by myself in a few hours.

It's a little wobbly

My main concern is the attachment of the walls to the floor. There are tabs on the bottom of every wall that are supposed to "snap" into the floor. No screws to hold it by design. I have it in a fairly wind blocked spot between my house & fence. If it was in the full Texas wind I don't think it would survive. It provided fairly quick & easy 2-person set up and a decent size for a garden shed. Hanging anything on the walls would be dicey-a big drawback for me.

I think that the shed was a good buy

The shed is a good buy. But the 90 Min to put together was off some. The right side door has to be lifted up to latch. Were the sides join together I used dish soap but still do not fit well?

New Shed

Bought this to control some of the garage clutter. Built a quick foundation for it out of treated 2x4's, which probably took longer than building the shed did. Once you get the base setup, it's pretty easy going from there, just snapping everything into place and adding the screws. Putting the roof on is somewhat awkward, and it does help to have a helper for this, especially while you are building the walls up, then tend to fall over even when snapped into place until they are all locked togeth...

roughneck shed

I didn't put this together, had a neighbor do it. That being said, it was real easy to do. It was a good investment. Really like the space. Just wish the shelves could be purchased at same time. The website was not helpful at all. So I don't have shelves but the hooks work just fine for rakes and such.

The shed is great. It seems sturdy and has ample room for the mower, generator, tools and yard care products. It was easy to put up. My adult son helped to put it together. Inside the shed, there are not enough connections to hang up the pegboard. Otherwise, the inside is fine.

Disappointed

Fitting and rigidity of panels leaves a lot to be desired. Interlocking panel fit is very poor.

Does the job!

Wanted a shed to hold my John Deere, pressure washer, etc. This seems to fit the bill. Seems a little like a kids doll house but a feel tying it down will make it sturdy enough for my purposes. I have a sloped yard so had to work a bit to make it a level surface. Added blocks for the 2x4 platform I made and put stones all around to stop erosion when it rains. Installed it my self but did need a neighbor to push down on the roof while I put in screws. So many screws I felt I would dream about the...

My new shed

I don't often write a review on a purchased item, but this time I feel I need to. Rubbermaid needs to give the engineers of this little shed a raise. This is the very first time I've ever put together any kind of a pre-fabricated item where EVERYTHING went perfectly. Did it all singlehandedly with the exception of my wife helping me with the roof. Storage Shed

Not as easy to put together as some have said, but I had the help of my 12 year old grandson, and he di pretty well. It did take us about 5 hours, not 3, but I love having my garage back. We made and worth every penny.

Excellent bang for your bucks.

We purchased two of these buildings to be used as extra outside storage. One reviewer said he put the building together by himself - that never could have happened in our house. For us it was definitely a two person project. The building must be constructed on a level surface to insure the pieces fit together properly. We had to bring the buildings home separately but the Lowe's sales staff and loaders were extremely helpful on both trips. Excellent buying experience.

Wish you had a larger one it is great

Building a Roughneck Storage Shed

Instructions were very easy to understand and putting the shed WILL require 2 people. You just can't do the roof section correctly without help, but the instructions showed how to do it all. Fun project. Very sturdy. Should last a long time.

Storage Shed

Not too bad to assemple. Keeps things dry. Looks really good. Still having problems getting the doors adjusted. They are kind of a pain - - but overall, since we only open the shed once a week or so - it's tolerable. For the Northwest, you can't beat a non-maintenance shed that won't rust or need to be painted.

Roughneck shed for redneck!

The shed was easy to install with minimum 2 people. It took about 4 hours at a decent pace. The floor doesn't anchor into the ground and could use some long spikes to drive through the floor of the shed and into solid ground. The walls do not "click" or "snap" into the floor as instructions say to do, so after shed was fully built I put some small metal "L" brackets, anchoring the side walls to the floor. No leaks, serves its purpose, cheapest good shed on the market!

Took about 1 1/2 to put together. Husband only needed my help to hold walls up because they didn't "click" in like instructions said, but seem to be in place. Also had to push down on roof for him to put bolts in.Bought to put new riding mower in. Fits good, not alot of room left though. Seems to be of good quality. Looks nice in yard. Pleased with purchase.

Nice Shed

I purchased this shed to keep my riding lawn mower & other outdoor products out of the weather. I put it together by myself & recommend having a helper because the doors, gable & roof are difficult by yourself. After the first year the doors don't close properly but I attribute this to me not leveling the ground perfectly. You need to have the ground perfectly leveled. I also do not have it anchored to the ground yet & do recommend doing this. My mower & all the stuff in the shed are keeping it ...

For the money, this sure served my purpose!

I needed some added storage for mowers, snow blower, wheel borrow, etc. and this fit the bill. I was more than pleased with the buying experience online. The delivery was first class. The men who delivered this item were more than willing to put it where I needed it. The downside to this item was the amount of screws necessary to assemble. I was not expecting that many!
