Great shed for the money

I bought this shed on cyber-Monday for $499. For the price I think it makes this shed a great value. I am able to fit my Ariens 42" deck riding mower, a wheelbarrow, a generator, a shelving unit that is 6' tall as well as several power tools on the wall such as an edger, a weedwacker, and a gas blower and all my hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and brooms. Great Storage Shed

This is a high-quality, durable, good looking storage shed. My son (an architect) and my husband (an engineer) assembled the storage shed -- carefully following the directions -- in about 6 hours. my granddaughter (7 years old) and I put this up in about a day(she helped me put the doors on). considering how most instructions are written by some of these so called knowledgeable engineers, they where on target. the base took longer to assemble than the shed did,probably because it was my design:).

Great Shed

I did allot of research before purchasing this shed. I would have to agree with all the other reviews when they said surface preparation is important. I took just one day to do nothing but build a flat level surface to place the shed on. I think that by doing this it made the assembly of the shed go without any trouble at all. Assemble on a clod day

My son and I did the assembly, after setting up a level foundation. It was cold (low 40s). After the walls went up with ease, we started on the roof. the roof panels would not snap together easily and finishing it off was not going well. Everything was off by 1/4", the doors hit the top end panels and would not close. It was getting dark, we called it a day and drove the 90 miles back home. Easy to setup, good quality

My wife and I (both in our late 50's) assembled this in about 3 hours. Everything went together as it should, and once assembled, the little shed feels solid. We've had it about a month now, and it's been through a few Houston area down-pours and has come through water tight! Great value and just right for storing our lawn mowers and other yard equipment.

Great Product

Great product and easy to assemble. Wish they included more shelf hooks with the shed and carried the tool racks in the stores. Lowes gives free shipping [to store] instead of HD's $144 shipping.

It does the job.

I had this shed for only a month, so far so good, but still have to see how it holds up in the winter. It took me approximately four hours to put up, mostly on my own. Most of the time was spent putting up the roof which the holes for the hardware did not align quite right ( had to get someone to put weight on the roof). Great value for the money

I built a platform for the shed & leveled which took longer than putting the shed together itself. I did have a couple people helping to put together the shed which took about 1.5hrs, however leveling the platform etc took just as much time. So total is about 3hrs or so. Looks great in my backyard !

This building is well-engineered & well-manufactured. All of the holes aligned, all of the pieces fit together well, and no adjustments were necessary to complete assembly. All of the parts were there & the instructions were easy to follow. While the instructions tell you that 2 people are necessary for some parts of the assembly, it is possible for 1 person to assemble. Excellent shed!

This is a very sturdy shed that is easy to assemble. It is not a snap-in construction but, rather, the walls and roof are connected with screws, which makes it easy for anyone to assemble. The shed has a sturdy, solid floor that does not bend or sag under the weight of bikes, shelves and tools. The shed has wide double-doors that make it convenient for storing large items. The shed is reasonably priced --- overall, I am satisfied with the product.

Good

Got this building on sale for 500. The sale price is more realistic than actual price of 650. Built a 2x4 frame and plywood for foundation to level the building. Definately need 2 people to assemble do to pulling and pushing to line things up correctly. About 4 hours of assembly time and you have a nice overall actrictive outdoor closet. We are happy with it.

Worth considering

Lots of amenities on the shed and it is working great for us. Skylights do a good job of illuminating the interior. My one word of caution is the surface must be flat. Very flat.

Durable building

We bought this building 8 years ago. It was so easy to assemble and we used it in Florida's heat for 8 years with no problem. We took it apart and moved it to western North Carolina this year. We just re-assembled it in 1 1/2 hours. It went together with ease on level ground. That is the most important part of assembling this building. I read that some reviews say it will not line up. A project that will last

This product is big, you won't take it home in your car, though it will fit in a full size truck. Take time to pre-assemble parts when you can, and you really only need two people possibly when you are putting on the roof. Level surface is a must for this to work. Very sturdy, and fairly easy to put together, with just myself and the right tools it took one weekend.

If you need a stout, solid shed keep looking

I'm giving this shed 4 out of 5 stars based primarily on its ease of assembly and its value for space. But if you need a stout shed that you could hang tools on and lean heavy items up against this is NOT for you. While it was easy to assemble (like many I managed to put it together completely by myself) it ended up "feeling" far flimsier than I expected. Was able to get this item on sale and also use a 10% off coupon. Loved this...to good to pass up. Directions were easy to follow and only took three hours to put shed up. Simple and Useful

I ordered this off the website and it was delivered as promised. It came on a big flatbed and was unloaded with a forklift taller than my roof, but the driver did manage to put it in the garage. It comes on a pallet, so you'll need to dispose of that as well as all the cardboard. (I cut it up for firewood.) The instructions were clear, and I assembled it easily by myself. Delivery crew was excellent! Even helped me move the large box from the driveway into the side yard! Some of the screws were not long enough to attach the front panels so I had to buy longer ones from the local hardware store. After assembly I noticed the exterior wall panels don't match too well (seems too large a gap between the panels) . Will see if this will allow leakage this winter.
