Before my first use, it leaked so badly I had to disassemble & reassemble the shutoff handle. That worked for a little bit, but now it consistently leaks where the shutoff handle meets the wand. Teflon tape worked for a little while, but now it has to be adjusted every time it's used to keep it form leaking where the shutoff and wand meet. I th...
