All you need is wifi and your Roku box. That is it, why in the world pay more for tv when you really can't afford it? We went to Roku, it saves us money, and we have all the channels we could ever want to see, just not enough time to see them all. Thanks, Roku, for everything

My son gave me ROKU Ultra for Christmas😊. I moved my old one to my bedroom. I love the fact of I can charge my remote and it last a long time. Unfortunately, the voice command doesn't always work when you request to pause or resume movie. At times, while watching a movie, I get a pop up message: "Listening" when I didn't say anything? Overall, I love it!

Christmas gift

I had such an old slow roku that I didn't realize how old and slow it was!! This new roku is wonderful. Great speed and multiple settings you can try. I do have a small problem that I'm trying to work on but otherwise a great device

Easy To Use

Best device to store and use all the streaming apps you use. Plus ROKU comes with many apps that allow free streaming. I cut the cable cord and use only my Roku!

Roku Great for Steaming

I now have 6 Roku and last two have rechargeable remotes which is nice improved feature....no lag in streaming Movie Apps or My Spectrum TV App. I do keep one main TV hooked up to DVR Cable TV box in case internet goes down which I suggest to anyone friends or family that ask.

Good Streaming Device

This review is about Roku Ultra, but I need to start with an earlier purchase: Apple TV 4K. The Apple device was almost perfect - no advertising and an elegant remote with the perfect weight and buttons. Its fatal flaw: voice search didn't include Netflix. So, I searched for an alternative and found the Roku Ultra. Picture and sound quality are excellent. The remote feels too light, with too many buttons, but the backlighting is great. Much better

Significantly better than the stick. It is much more responsive but also more directional. You have to point the remote at the receiver or it won’t respond. Love the “rocket ship” on the remote. A great shortcut.. if you can afford it, spend the extra money.

Had an older version of Roku someone suggested that I upgrade to the Ultra and I have been surprised of the clarity of Roku and ease of use.

Love the many free channels! Easy to operate device. Would’ve been awesome to have had this kinda tech as a kid!

I received for Christmas so don’t know where it was bought. Plugs & lightbulbs came from Roku. I enjoy all of my products

Nice Features

I bought the Ultra to integrate my stereo system and TV. I don’t use the Roku remote, but a universal one that can turn on the Roku, TV and stereo system. It works very well. One feature I really appreciate is that I can pause and rewind live TV. Very good feature.

New ROKU is GREAT

Updated a couple of our older ROKU units to the newest model. WOW the clarity is great! No lag time running on WiFi!

This Roku Ultra provides such excellent service with each of the streaming services that I subscribe to!

So far no problem. It works effectively and easy to use.

REMOTE

Roku is a great devise, but the remote needs to be improve. The muting button should be placed in another area; because it interferes when you hold the remote in order to use it. It is too low for a right hand user.

Roku Ultra

I bought this to replace a Roku stick that I thought was going bad. Turns out it wasn’t stick but I still haven’t figured out issue so still trying to track that down . I previously bought an ultra since my Samsung smart TV kept buffering even though it was up to date. Liked the no batteries to replace which was a major factor but I prefer Roku over Fire stick so no brainer there.
