Great Device

I love this device, it's quick to load, looks great and does my 4K well. I LOVE the voice remote that is USB C rechargeable. I've been very happy with this device. It was easy to set up (they all are) and my screen is crystal clear when using it. I can't find one thing to complain about. You should purchase this device.

Beware! Stopped connecting in 3 months.

We had this device for less than 3 months when it stopped connecting to the internet. I spent 3 hours chatting with “tech support” sending me through the same sequence of restarts and resets that I had already done. I have two other Rokus that work perfectly and in the exact same location on the same TV. But Roku refuses to honor their warranty. They want me to reach out to my ISP and do a factory reset on my modem and router which no other device (including multiple Rokus) have any issue mainta...

They make it easy

The Roku team works hard to make the setup and use experience easy and enjoyable. I had a little different setup in that I had a receiver and projector, but eventually I was able to get it all working and it is slick.

Ultra LT to new ultra with remote pro

Really nice product. The new remote is worth the price. Remote find, chargeable battery, are great New box is much faster and love it so far.

Nice upgrade

This Roku is faster with 4K and the remote is like.....It lights up each time you use it! And that is great if you enjoy watching your favorite stuff with low or no lights on. You're not fumbling around to find the right buttons. Love it!

It completes the home theater. The integration with our 5.1 surrond and is amazing. Support is excellent.

We were nervous cutting ties with cable ( 2 fairly competent boomers !). Roku has been fantastic ! Easy and great purchase. Love the ease of the remote also.

Does all that I expected. Was easy to set up and add to. Remote control link is a little over sensitive. I’ve put it away or in my pocket and it has issued a command by mistake.

Quick response and easy to use

We purchased the Roku Ultra as an alternative to using the default apps on our TV. We encountered delays when trying to change channels or switch apps. The load times were frustrating but the Roku Ultra has been a game changer with quick loads and fast response times. If you’re using the default TV apps and experiencing delayed response times, Roku Ultra is for you. We definitely recommend.

I upgraded from my older model, and I am very happy with it. Functions great, and my apps are easier to obtain.
