Better have tiny feet if you want these boots!

Try as I might, and even though this was a wide size, there is no possible way my foot is about to fit into this boot! Even unlaced and unzipped it just can't fit in there. I am so upset because I really want these boots. Now I'm going to have to return these boots. I'm always leery about buying shoes online. Normally I wear an 11 wide in all my other shoes. Sure do wish I could get an even wider size.

Solid boots!!

I love the boots though the laces are to thin and don’t hold the boot snug, other than that I love them.

Great boot!!! Horrible side zipper

Im a Deputy Sheriff and bought these boots to Use as an Academy Instructor and in patrol. The boots were amazing. They fit well, looked good even unpolished and were mirrors when i did polish them. The worst part was shortly after I bought them the two buttons would not remain closed and side zipper would unzip about half way. Id love if they make a pair without the side zip.

Overall, a lot good boot but....

Amazing

I've had my pair going about a year now. I'm flat footed. Which means I destroy boots and shoes often cause I also walk often. These boots have held up better than any boots I've owned this long. They're comfortable and tough and I'm super impressed. Definitely worth the price.

Poorly made

I've loved the Rocky jump boot until now. Older models were made with higher quality parts. Bought a brand new pair for law enforcement honor guard. The zippers blew out and septated 30 minutes into wearing them for the first time. Older models used bigger stronger zippers. This new zipper is absolute garbage. The model of boot itself has never been comfortable, but it always preformed up until now. Definitely won't buy again, which is disappointing.

Zipper is worthless

I just bought my third pair of Rockys with a side zipper. The first two were great, but this pair is seriously flawed. The zipper is not the same as the others and they are near impossible to zip up, and down. I won’t be buying another pair and will convey my experience with these boots to all my police friends, as I have been in law enforcement for over 30 years. Sorry Rocky, but you don’t make the grade anymore.

outstanding boots

i have had a pair of the 2090 boots for at least 15 years. and still going strong . i have only had one problem with them i wore the tread off while i worked full time on a ambluance and but was over the cousre of a few years. i have worn these boots for 20+ hours in all kinds of weather and no complaints at all. Mine have a steel shank and set off the metal detecors at my current job. there is a good chance i might have to try a set of these newer one to see how they are and save my older ones...

Great zipper, quality leather

High quality

I purchased two sets of this boot in September of 2017. One pair is the normal edition and the second pair was the insulated/waterproof edition. I have found both to be phenomenal and of very high quality. The insulated pair runs a little tighter due to the added layers. Zipper sucks!!!

I have had the jump boot with the side zipper for as long as I can remember. I have recommended it to many of my co-workers. After my last pair wore out lasting 6 years I of course ordered an other pair. I laced them up zipped them walked across the floor and both zippers came apart. I examined the zipper closer i noticed that the zippers could not be fixed. This is not the quality zippers that kept me coming back for more. Love my Rockies

I am a corrections Officer, I wear these for work. I have been wearing this boot my whole career. They are durable and shine up really nice. I really like the new zipper pulls. Easy to grip.
