Great Boots

As always a great experience with rocky boots. I've bought about 10 pairs of paratroopers and all of them have put lasted any other boots I used to wear daily.

Does this boot have a steel toe in them? Or does it not?

Solid boots!!

I ordered these boots because I needed black shoes with a polished toe. When I got them I was surprised and pleased to find that they are entirely leather. There is no cloth liner inside to wear out which is a big plus for me. These are good boots for a great deal.

Older Paratrooper velcro were way better

I had the older....when I say older I mean around 2009 with the Velcro connections at the top of the zipper. Those Rocky's were awesome and I have no complaints on those. I purchased a new pair in 2013 and I still wear them to this day. I work in Corrections and I'm walking 13 hours a day. Well, the newer ones wreck havoc just above my heel. A tough boot

I have had several of these boots and will admit they are a tough boot to break in, wear and get comfortable, no question about it. Not for the 'weak willed.' A lot of saddle soap and wearing around the house and light walks to get comfortable. At first my snaps kept 'popping' but as I wore them more, and the leather stretched, they stopped popping. Excellent boots

Theses boots were of an excellent quality and comfort. I wore these for a 10 your shift right out of the box. Could not have asked for a better value.

Rocky para boot 10"

Lightweight, rugged and durable, comfortable, feels like wearing a tennis shoe.

Horrible

The boot looks great. That's about it. The zipper sticks frequently. And the boot is the most uncomfortable boot I've ever worn. I've been wearing Rocky's for years on duty. I will NEVER buy this boot again. Been wearing it for 3 months waiting for it to break in and it hasn't. I have to wrap my feet behind the heel to avoid blisters.

No Go

Heavy, flimsy brace, and overall really uncomfortable.

Solid and comfortable

I'm a full time patrol officer and this is my fourth pair of these since 2001. Fast to get into and pretty comfortable. I alternate with a pair of Corcoran Jump boots, and these are hard to beat!

Best boots in the world. Like wearing slippers all day!

comfortable,tough, flexable.

bought these two days ago. right out the box and straight to patrol the same morning, and are comfy.. I wear these for work as a sheriff's deputy. the zipper stays zipped and the snaps on the top stay snapped. I had bad luck with my last two pair of rocky work boots, but these are awesome and the zipper is a great feature

Amazing Boots

So I originally bought these boots 9.5 years ago, and they lasted until now with heavy use. The only reason I'm replacing them is because they look rough, but were still functioning appropriately. The newly ordered boots are the same quality as the original pair that I bought. I will never own a different brand of boots. The fit is great. Tread and stability are excellent. Easy to polish with front toe cap. Break in period is quick.

Zipper side, wide bottems, thick tred

I bought these about a month ago, and love them, I used them for everything, Airsoft, Paint ball, and work, I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day, and these keep my feet from hurting.. Unlike my old Wellco boots, not only are they good on your feet, they look good to!

Durability

I have a pair of these and they are indestructible however with this being said some comfort must be Sacrificed. These boots will last for years. I had to give mine up when I had knee surgery.
