Would Not RecommendThe Ring plug in Spotlight Cam is by far the worst product they make. We’ve had two completely stop working in less than 8 months. Absolute junk! Ring sent a refurbished one as a replacement. Great… I get a used refurbished camera to replace a brand new one that unexplainably stopped working. We won’t be buying any more of these.

Would Not RecommendThe camera would not reconnect to Wi-Fi. Stopped responding, went dead completely. I spent way too much time trying to get it to work again. I probably won't get another, these cameras seem to be poor quality.

Would RecommendRing products are reliable, effective, and reasonably priced. Too bad Lowe's has become such a pain to deal with. Nothing seems to work correctly at Lowe's. The app, website, curbside pickup, lockers, customer service, etc. all leave a lot to be desired.
