Would Not RecommendI bought a new ring doorbell and 2 cameras and hired a licensed electrician to install them. I charged each of the batteries completely before he installed them and one of the cameras only worked a week and said I needed to recharge it, and the ring doorbell didn't work today- less than a month after installation- when my kids came for Mother's Day. They came in with my garage door code because I didn't answer my doorbell. These items were not cheap and I am very disappointed in their performanc...

Would Not Recommendring technical support has caused more issues then repaired. The iPhone was working yesterday with chimes when motion activated. After speaking to ring technicians. No notifications. No chimes when camera is actvated.

Would Not RecommendPoor wifi. Poor visual, poor battery life, and a total shame that a solar panel doesn't fit a cam plus or pro.. very disappointed. My 1st time ever owning security cameras. But I already paid $90 for the yr. Now I have to go down in product just to get solar panels to connect!?!

Would RecommendThe camera is easy enough to install, but the delay with live view I am trying to figure out what the situation is. I thought it was the WIFI connection, but it is not. You can reach someone on the phone at Ring Support when you call.
