What Customers Are Saying
The drawer slides have mixed reviews. Some customers found them easy to install and a good value, but the majority reported significant issues. The slides were very difficult to separate into the two pieces needed for installation, with unclear instructions. The quality and durability were questionable, with some breaking or malfunctioning after limited use. The slides often did not fit properly, requiring additional materials to make them work. Overall, the consensus is that the poor design and lack of clear instructions make these slides more trouble than they're worth, despite the low price.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Slide was 3/4 slide but was not labeled as such, only found out when we installed it. One of the two I purchased also was very hard to pull open. Returned both.

Very poor product
Would Not RecommendI bought these for a new drawer installation I was doing. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I purchased these, my bad. As others have said: 1 the instructions are terrible. 2. pulling these apart is next to impossible. 3. There are no words on the package indicating these are only 3/4 extension. I managed to make thes work, but i would never purchase again. Just an fyi if you do try to pull these apart, dont let your hand slip on the drawer slide or you could cut yourself. The ...
Saved the day
Would Recommendwhen reusing very old kitchen drawer that was not square into cabinet that was not square, could not use the side mounted slides, so used this bottom mount one that did not require everything to be square to work properly. great find and saved much time. And price is great.
Too many issues
Would Not RecommendAs others have said instructions are bad. I spent several hours trying to make it work but the screws on the 2 slide pieces kept hitting each other and other parts of the slide. I have installed a lot of slides but it is just a bad design. It does look nice though.
Just OK product. Maybe it just needs to wear in.
Would RecommendThought it would slide much easier & smoother. Not too impressed with they nylon glides, & you're screwed if you have to pull them off to shim them or anything.
Excellent drawer slide
Would RecommendI like the product and it did the trick. I am concerned that some Lowes' employees believe that Honorably discharged Veterans of the United States Armed Forces are not honored with a 10% discount on purchases every day of the year. What is Lowe' corporate policy on this matter?
More ... you get what you pay for
Would Not RecommendSo, we should have stopped when we found that our first Richelieu product did not work as we expected due to poor product description. However this product works only if your cabinet depth is exactly 22 inches. Otherwise you can expect to do a lot of Jerry-rigging to get it to work. Adjustability was not taken into consideration. ALSO, be sure you check that all your parts are included in the package. Our plastic glides were missing. Again, we should have guessed this was the case since there we...
Poor instructions and poor design.
Would Not RecommendHad to custom install this with blocks / shims -- and it still did not work well. Screws did not bite into plywood drawer frame. Removing the drawer was near impossible: it had to be slammed / pulled open to remove the drawer from the cabinet. Pitifully incomplete instructions did not help. Returned it to the store for a refund.
Glad they were cheap...
Would Not RecommendI have an older home, so I am relatively limited to what kind of drawer slides I can use. I currently have the tri-roller set up on all of my drawers. Not my favorite, but they do the job pretty well. I was forced to replace one of the tri-roller slides on one of the drawers that get a lot of use. I decided to try and experiment. First of all, these are a nightmare, unless you have access above your cabinets, which means, these are typically used for new construction. If you want to use the...
Great Center Drawer Replacement
Would RecommendMy daughter has a bedroom set, many years old, as is she, that had been abused by fit-pitching pulls on drawers that took the drawer stops right off of the center rail. I had looked, in the past, for center drawer slides for other projects and what was out on the market didn't quite hack it. I found the all metal, ball bearing slides at Lowe's and was thrilled how easily they installed and how effective they are. These are for a replacement of 16" slides center-drawer slides. Measure the old sli...

16 inch under drawer slide
Would RecommendI bought this to help make an inexpensive arrow cutoff saw. I first bought the wrong one and when I returned it I asked for help and got the right one.

Frustrating Garbage
Would Not RecommendProvided instructions are useless, I had to google a YouTube video just to find out how to separate the two parts. Once the parts are installed it is impossible to join them back up again to work as a drawer slide. I bought two kits- I had one drawer kit installed and since I could not get them to rejoin I was going to test how they would do so with the second kit. The second does not slide out enough to separate into two parts- it only moves a couple of inches and the ball bearing track does n...
Poor tolerance control
Would Not RecommendIf a center mount (also called under mount) slide is the only slide that will work for your application, I’d go with Accuride’s 1029 center mount slide. Richelieu’s center mount slide looks almost identical to Accuride’s center mount slide, but Accuride’s center mount slide is built better (smoother slide action and much easier to separate slides for installation). Richelieu’s center mount slide looked so similar to Accuride’s slide that I went to Lowe’s to check it out hoping I could pick up th...
DO NOT PURCHASE
Would Not RecommendDO NOT BUY Rear mounting bracket is weak and flimsy. It's not strong enough to hold the drawer, so the drawer tilts and comes off the bracket easily. Very poor design.

Straight forward to install. I used it to repair a particle board dresser. The cheap guide that is used for mfg had fallen apart, therefore a replacement had to be found. Due the 1/8 paneling used for the bottom of the drawer and dresser backing, the screws provided are almost useless. Rivets are more appropriate for fastening. Once installed, works fantastic and wonder why just for a few more dollars, manufactures don't use this type of quality to improve their product.

Not awesome but good enough.
Would RecommendI don't understand all the griping and whining about how awful these are. Yes, the instructions are minimal at best, but even never having installed such an item before, it wasn't hard to figure out. You DON'T have to have upper and lower access (new construction#. You DON'T have to separate upper and lower halves #even though the instructions say you do#. They're NOT intended for heavy weight #the packaging and/or shelf talker said as much#. You DO have to provide a couple of small ##10x24# sc...
