Would RecommendEasy to install the runners. Drawer runners fit on the bottom of the shelf so there’s no measurement there. The cabinet runners fit perfectly by putting the front edge on the front frame at the bottom of the opening with one screw and use a level to put in back screw. This gives perfect space from bottom of opening. Therefore, you really don’t have to measure anything as long as your drawer dimensions are exactly 1 inch narrower than your cabinet drawer frame.
