Bought these to be use as under the drawer slides. Not what they were made for but worked great for my project. Made a two board slide out for an old Turntable to make it easy to access and use. Have used Richelieu products in the past and are very well made.

Decent Drawer Slide

Good upgrade from the basic that does not cost too much. The soft close is nice to have but is a bit of a challenge to install because the of the force required to open the drawer, especially if you are using false fronts. Otherwise a good investment in functionality.

Smooth glide

Installed this to replace an old roller-style drawer slide that was warped. This easily handles a wide, heavy drawer filled with flatware. Used in combination with the brackets to attach at the back of the cabinet, as we have face frame cabinets and no middle panel between two drawers in our kitchen island. Made with lead

I called the company about these drawer slides. They said they are MADE WITH LEAD. On the website it says they are made with stainless steel, and covered with zinc. But there is a Prop 65 saying they could expose you to lead, which causes irreversible brain damage in children. Buy beware.

I needed to replace slides on a drawer in our RV. Lowes had the exact slides I was trying to replace but only in 16" and 22" but we needed 18" so I bought these. They are high quality slides but, unfortunately, they are wider than the originals so will not fit the rear mounting brackets we already have installed. These side mount drawer slides were easy to install and they work GREAT. This is a good purchase.

Really smooth slide

The only downside is lack of useful instructions. Love the smooth action. Rated for 100lbs, we have lots of space canned goods in the large drawer and it works well.

Fix your Product Title

The slides function well and about the same quality as some "basic" versions that I purchase on line frequently. My issue is with the product title - slides are sold in pairs (obviously, as two are needed for a drawer). Calling this a "2 Pack" is misleading for those moving fast to complete jobs. Seeing that you can purchase 10 packs online with similar quality for about $50-75 bucks, it is a reasonable expectation that a $18 "2-pack" would have two pairs included. Saved me

Not much a man can say about drawer slides. These are high quality slides. I needed to replace a drawer in a kitchen cabinet that was built after our home flooded in 2008 during hurricane Dolly. Perfect replacement for my trash/recycle drawer

After a few years the spring system in my original soft close draw slides failed and were no longer "soft close" and wouldn't stay closed (always bounced back open). These were perfect replacements and seem to have a better quality spring system than the original factory set that came with the cabinet. I installed these myself in about 30 minutes, and they were very easy to install since they were almost an exact match to the original hardware. I would definitely recommend these.

Decent with a few flaws

They are a touch flimsy compared to a top of the line slide, and they don't open a full 24 inches. Other than that, a good buy.

First timer

Never did one of these before. This was not an exact match for the worn one so some math was involved. 1hour job.

Kobalt Tool Box Slide Replacementstic

I bought a Kobalt stainless tool box set about 10 years ago and about 4 years ago the draws started to fall out. The Kobalt slides had the bearing enclosed in plastic which were coming apart. I had a few mistakes on the first couple attempts to replace. None of the manufactures give the width, only the length. If they are to wide they will not work on a tool box. The Richelieu 2-Pack 16-in Drawer Slides were a perfect on my tool box. One down 19 more to go.

CRAP!!!!! Don’t buy them!

I’ve installed many of these over the years and had no problems. Installed sixteen slides on eight drawers last weekend and seven of the sixteen do not slide smoothly or do not close automatically. Plastic closing mechanism is crap!
