Twisted and tangled -Lowe’s need more options
Would Not RecommendLowe’s need more options for this type of hardware! This chain always gets twisted and tangled inside the tank. We have a Kohler and this always gets tangled on the valve release-been going crazy to figure out a sturdy replacement chain for this non-traditional flush valve, which is like a tube that lifts and twists upwards, because of this movement the chain is always getting twisted and stuck. It’s not like a regular flush valve flap.
