Not quite universal
Package states that it will fit 1 7-8 through 2 5/16. I’ve used this product regularly on a 2 inch ball and it works great! Unfortunately it does not work so well on my new 2 5/16. The ball is loose and will fall out. Also the top bracket is not quite wide enough to fit over the tongue of the trailer.
