Would Not RecommendI can't seem to get it to work. It looks like the display is not coming on. I tested the outlet that it is plugged in and there is power to that outlet, but the display is not coming on and without the display it can't be programmed.

Easy to Program, Easy to Install
We bought a 20 year-old house and a 20 year-old irrigation timer came with it. It was archaic and after complaining about it for a year, I sprung for a Rainbird. I had a similar model at my previous house. I watched a YouTube installation and programming video. So happy with this model.

Would RecommendThe old system, Lawn Geni bit the dust after 25 years. It was cumbersome. Glad to see Rain Bird SST-600IN bought today, took 30 min to install and program. Set day and date then time, pick a valve, watering time, days (or odd even) next valve repeat. very intuitive Finally!!! Even has a button to test and make sure it was connected correctly
Great value replacement controller
Would RecommendSimple to install & program as replacement controller. Pulled the old controller, careful to note zone writing color code, mounted the new controller & rewired and presto, irrigation!

Easy Install - Simple To Program
Would RecommendAll previous electronic timers have been a headache to program and to make little seasonal adjustments etc. Lots of holding down button "A" while pressing button "B" type of stuff. This one (SST400N) is a welcome change; super simple to change or adjust time, duration, or day(s). Flip rotary knob to desired station and from there make the desired adjustments in a matter of seconds.
