Works great

I Don't work on PVC very much so this is quick and easy to use. Also don't have to spend more money for glue that will go bad sitting in my shed.

Worked as required

Would Recommend

Broke a main water pipe in my sprinkler system while planting flowers. This coupler plus another of a different type and an eight inch piece of pipe fixed the problem. All connections using only my bare hands were made water tight. Would have given this a 5 star rating if various sizes up to 24 inches were available.

Easy fix for a leaky pipe!

Would Recommend

We had a blow-out in one of our irrigation pipes and used this to fix the problem. We cut a small section out and replaced it with this short coupling. It was easier than using glue and tape with another piece of pipe. It sealed perfectly and was a 2-minute job.

Great for the job as a quick disconnect

Would Recommend

Building a low pressure sand filter and bog filter for my son's fish pond. We wanted to be able to disconnect some of the components but using unions was going to cost too much. The coupling was the perfect answer. It goes on and off quickly and easily and allows us to change the angle of the piping as necessary. I'll use these for my future low-pressure projects.

A real time saver

Would Recommend

The repair coupling makes it possible to fix broken PVC without bending the pipe to make room for the fitting. This means you can dig a smaller hole and put less wear and tear on the plastic pipe.

solved my problem

Would Recommend

Saved me a lot of digging by joining 2 pipe ends after I cut out a failed coupling. Even though the pipe ends weren't exactly aligned, it joined them & held pressure.
