This fan box is super easy to install says this grandmother. All the work except getting wire to the box can be done from below the ceiling on old work (existing ceiling) or new. Perfect for Stud Mount Fan box

This box was perfect for mounting fan to the stud. The fan would have been off center if mounted with other fan box mounting kits.

Easy to work with

If you’re replacing the light with a ceiling fan, I highly recommend using this box, if you have attic access. Depending on the age of the box you’re replacing, you may have to widen the hole.

Great Product!

The box was very strong and durable. Once I screwed it to the ceiling joist it wasn't going anywhere. Gave me peace of mind about hanging a 60-inch ceiling fan.

Makes a hard project easy and no attic visit

This is a very strong product and worked great for installing a ceiling fan where the previous box had limited support. It also didn’t require me to get in the attic or add reinforcement to the joist. The unique way the mounting bracket is made and how the box mounts to the bracket solves many installation challenges and saved a few trips back for parts. Check this out before you start your next installation it might save you lots of time.

Good product

Wife needed a ceiling fan in the she-shed. This box comes with the wire grip grommet to prevent chafing, a grounding screw, and holes aligned for four good size screws to mount it solidly in the rafter.

I had to replace a box in my kitchen ceiling that the original builders did a horrible job installing for a light fixture. This box worked perfect. Was able to attach it to the ceiling joist with the hardware provided. I could have hung a 400lb gorilla from the ceiling with this box! Great product and worked absolutely fantastic!!!

Good box

I got this to relocate a ceiling fan which was installed by the builder more than half a foot off center from the room. This box was easy to install, just trace the box on the ceiling, cut the hole and screw to an adjacent stud. Plenty sturdy for a small fan for the kids room, would buy again.
