I purchased this humidifier due to its simple and sleek design. We absolutely loved it at first, and how it would automatically change settings based on how dry the room was. After maybe 15 or so uses, it began to leak water from the base. One day I walked by and our carpet was completely soaked in a 3-foot radius. Would Not RecommendI was excited to try this humidifier because I have the other models. I was disappointed because it did not work. The machine would run and get hot but the water level stayed the same. The room was very dry so it should have worked. Do not recommend this model. I contacted PURE to report my issue. Was disappointed that no one responded.

Great features but malfunctioned within months

Would RecommendI have been using Pure Humidifier for long time. My wife love the new design and bought 2 from Coscto to replace the old ones even those are still working fine. 1 of them is not work really well, I called their customer service and they send me a replacement. Overall the humidifier is great and their customer service is great !

Would RecommendVery good and would recommend. I had to ask for a replacement due to leaking bottom, but always set them in a deep dish pan so no damage done. The customer service agent was accommodating and a new one is on the way. The unit is very quiet and easy to fill.

Excellent Humidifier
Would RecommendI bought the Hume Sense Top Fill Humidifier last year for our bedroom. I was looking for one that was top fill and automatic and this did not let me down! It has made such a difference in our home that I bought one this year for my office as my eyes hurt so bad half way through the day due to the dry air. It has not let me down there either and some co-workers are now thinking about following suit!

Would Not RecommendThis item leaks all over. Formed a puddle on my floor with only less than a 1/4 cup of water filled. Customer service reps are uncoopertive and more often unresponsive at all. Instead of honoring their guarantee, they ask for proof of defects.

Love the fact that there’s 3 output levels, aromatherapy option and that I can shut off all the lights so it doesn’t disturb my sleep.
